Tree removal

Trees that have to come down, from ordinary removals to cranes over the house and dead pines too brittle to climb.

Most removals near a house are climbed and lowered in sections; a bucket truck takes over when the tree is too brittle to load, and a crane when there is nowhere to set the pieces down. The price covers cleanup and haul-off, with the stump quoted as its own line.

3 services

Emergency & storm

Calls that jump the schedule: trees on structures, hanging limbs, and yards buried after a storm.

The first visit makes things safe: weight off the roof, the drive opened, hangers roped down. Full cleanup follows the same day or once it is light. Anything touching a wire is Entergy's first.

12 services

Trimming & pruning

Keeping the trees and shrubs you want, but smaller, lighter and clear of the roof and the service line.

Thinning and raising suit most shade trees; reduction shortens a tree that outgrew its spot; crape myrtles, hedges and mistletoe each have their own timing. None of it involves topping.

3 services

Stumps & roots

What is left below ground: stumps ground or dug out, and roots cut back from concrete.

Grinding is the right call under lawn and beds; a full dig-out is for slabs, drives and replanting on center. Root pruning keeps a good tree and gets its roots off the walk.

7 services

Tree health & planting

Deciding what to keep, supporting it, and planting the next tree in the right place.

A risk walk-through ends with a plain answer. Cables and braces hold a sound tree with a weak fork. New trees go where their mature size fits the yard.

8 services

Land & commercial

Acreage, lots and fence lines, plus scheduled work for HOAs and property managers.

Full clearing prepares a building pad; forestry mulching opens brush without burn piles; hauling clears whatever is left. Commercial accounts get a walk-through, a schedule and one point of contact.

Not sure which service you need

Most tree calls are one of three questions: does this tree have to go, can it be made safe and kept, or what do I do about what is left on the ground. Removal pages cover the first, trimming, cabling and risk assessment cover the second, and the stump, storm and hauling pages cover the third.

Cost follows the same split. A removal near a house costs the most because every piece is rigged; trimming and reduction cost less and repeat every few years; stump work is a separate, smaller line. Each service page gives the published local range where one exists, framed as a planning figure rather than our quote.

If a tree is on a structure, leaning after a storm, or touching a wire, skip the reading. Wires go to Entergy first; everything else, call (501) 439-8373 and we will tell you what happens next.
